Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst Intern to join our team for a 12-week summer internship program. The ideal candidate is a Computer Science, Engineering or Business major who is passionate about Technology, Data Analysis and problem-solving. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with our UX, Product and Development teams to gather and analyze requirements, define user stories, and translate technical requirements into actionable plans. You will play a key role in the development and delivery of our healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with development team to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Conduct research and analysis to support product development decisions
- Develop and maintain project documentation
Nice to have’s:
- Pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL or Python
- Passion for healthcare technology and improving patient care
